Stress is the root cause for 99% of all illness. Everyone feels stressful at different times and to varying degrees.
I invite you to join me for a complete relaxation; a 75 minutes workshop that will leave you floating out of the room!
The workshop is open to everyone; no previous experience is needed. It will show you how to harness your hidden personal strengths and cultivate your inner powers for well-being by using breathing techniques, meditation and restorative body poses.
Bonus: special tea ceremony at the end of the workshop to complete the great feeling of inner peace.

I invite you to join me for a Hatha Yoga Class. The class is open for all levels as I'll suggest modifications.
You don't have to be flexible or in-shape in order to participate; all you have to have is a a true desire to improve your health and well being!
I'll incorporate special balance poses, as balance in the body = balance in the mind.
The practice will be vigorous and will leave you sweaty and happy! There is nothing like the feeling of being after that class (you will probably have your best-ever night sleep after that). Your body and mind will thank you!
