Baked Potatoes - Gluten free

Simple & delicious!

Wha you need:

8 small potatoes, peeled and sliced half way 

1 tbsp paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
4 tbsp olive oil 
8-10 cherry tomatoes

What to do:

Lay the potatoes and the tomatoes in a baking tray and massage with the rest of the ingredients. 
Cover with aluminium foil.
Bake (350 degrees Fahrenheit) until the potatoes are soft and ready to eat. 
When done, you may remove the foil and bake for an extra 5 minutes to add crunch.
