Vegan Patties - Gluten Free

Delicious vegan patties!
The best way to eat them is by pairing them with either tahini, pesto or any other dressing of your choice. And of course, salad is crucial here! 

What you need:

3 cups of cooked kidney beans - mix of white and brown beans (cook in salted water until fork tender or from a can)
2 handful coriander
2 tbsp pesto sauce

What to do:

Use food processor to blend all the ingredients. Once all is smooth, create patties and lay them over an oiled baking tray.
Brush each patty with some olive oil on top.
Bake for 15 minutes each side (400 degrees Fahrenheit).

Best to eat with:
Tahini (mix tahini paste with salt, water and fresh lemon juice) and with simple vegetables salad (cucumbers, tomatoes, coriander and purple onion with fresh lemon juice, salt and olive oil).
