WOW Salad

This salad can be great by itself or as an addition to other food. This way or another, it's a vegan goodness that will give you a nice boost of energy and health! 

What you need:

2 cups lettuce, chopped
1 cup of any kind of green sprouts that you like
1 small radishes, chopped
Handful cherry tomatoes, cut to half
Handful purple cabbage, chopped
1/2 orange or yellow pepper, chopped

For the dressing:

1 spoon whole tahini
Juice of 1 fresh lemon
Slat to taste
1/4 cup filtered water (you may add water according to the desired consistency) 
Optional: 1 tbs maple syrup

What to so:

Place the lettuce as a the salad base in a serving bowl. Add the sprouts on top and then the rest of the salad ingredients.

In a different bowl, mix well the dressing ingredients and pour on top of the salad. mix it all and enjoy!
