SuperFoods SuperSalad! *Gluten Free

A delicious way to add some amazing superfoods to your diet!

What you need:
1 lettuce head, chopped
2 cups kale, chopped
1small zucchini, sliced to noodles with spiralizer
1/2 cup purple cabbage, sliced 
1 small cucumber, sliced 
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
2 small radishes, chopped
2 cauliflower florets flax (use blender) 

On top: 
1-2 spoons of our Peanuts Salad Topper 

The dressing:
2 spoons whole tahini
Juice of 1 fresh lemon
1-2 tbs maple syrup
2 spoons filtered water
Salt to taste

What to do:
Mix the salad ingredients in a bowl and sprinkle the salad topper on top.
Mix the dressing ingredients separately and add on top of the salad.
Mix it all and enjoy!
