Keep it simple - Sweet potatoes with cinnamon

Quick and easy recipe that is:
1. Delicious.
2. Leave you full and happy.
3. Healthy.
4. Vegan.
5. Gluten free.
6. Keep you in shape!

What you need:

5-6 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut to cubes
Olive oil to coat them
Salt to taste
1 tbs cinnamon spice 
1 spoon paprika

What to do:

Mix everything in a baking tray and bake at 450F for 40 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are fork-tender. You may leave it to grill a bit so it will have some grilled edges. Yummmmm....
