Vegan Pasta with cream and Mushrooms

OMG this is SOOOOO delicious! I love it! 
In my pre-vegan life, I used to love spaghetti with cream sauce. I actually never thought it could be replaced with anything better!
But here we are, with this amazing coconut cream sauce that I found as a perfect sauce - and it's way better than any other cream I ever had!
...and of course, I didn't mention how healthy is coconut cream comparing to dairy that only cause health issues and even deadly disease. 

What you need:

1 pack Italian spaghetti (made in Italy. No GMO there!), cooked accordimng to the instructions on the package
2 caned coconut cream
20-30 fresh mushrooms, chopped to half. Any kind will do; a mix will be just great!
Salt to taste

What to do:

In a wide pot, cook the coconut cream with the mushrooms until boil. Add salt. Then lower the heat and add the spaghetti. Mix and leave on low heat for couple more minutes, until you taste and just can't stop tasting :-)
