RICE WITH GREEN PEAS

This recipe is delicious, very healthy and satisfying!
 

What you need:

  • 2 cups of whole basmati rice

  • 1 cup of green peas

  • 1 spoon avocado or coconut oil

  • pinch of salt

    What you do:

  • Fry the rice with the peas for about 2 minutes.

  • Lower the heat and add 4 cups of water with the salt.

  • Cook half covered on low heat until the rice is soft.
