PASTA WITH VEGAN PESTO SAUCE

 What you need:

* 1 pack Spaghetti, cooked according to the package instructions. Please note that pasta from Italy is GMO-free!
 

For the sauce:

  • 1 pack fresh basil leaves

  • Handful parsley leaves, chopped

  • 2 Handful pine nuts

  • 1 tbs chia seeds

  • 2 tbs water

  • 1/3 cup olive oil

  • pinch of salt

  • 1/2 lemon juice on top of all

What to do:

  • Put everything (except the spaghetti and 1 handful pine nuts) in a blender. Mix again and again until smooth.Pour the sauce on the spaghetti, mix all with the rest of whole pine nuts and enjoy!
