This is a great combination of ice cream and cake; it’s also an awesome combination of healthy, pretty and delicious! It is sweet, completely raw, and it’s super yummy
What you need (to make 3 deserts):
For the bottom layer:
2 small carrots (organic please! and you get to keep the skin which is SOOO healthy!)
Handfull dried mulberries
4 pitted Madjul dates
1 tbs vanilla extract (pure)
1 tbs cinnamon
For the middle layer:
2 frozen ripe sliced bananas (no ripe – no good. Use those that already have some black dots)
1/2 tbs pure vanilla extract
For the top layer:
2 handfuls frozen mango
For the top: 1 tbs coconut flakes
What to do:
Blend the base layer ingredients in food processor until you get a nice dough. Put in the cups.
Blend the middle layer ingredients until smooth in a blender and add on top.
Blend the mangos until smooth and add on top.
Sprinkle the coconut flakes on the top of each cup.
