BANANA, DATE & NUTS SMOOTHIE

Today’s smoothie is one of my favorites! Not sure if you read my coffee-addiction story about how I never believed that I will be able to survive without my morning coffee… but here I am,  spending 2 minutes every morning for a healthy delicious juice or smoothie, with no need for coffee at all.
This specific recipe provides you with plenty of calcium and protein, and many other things that will make your day brighter!  You may have a little kitchen dance before drinking. Sharing with others is extremely recommended! Not only the smoothie itself when you are making it, but also this recipe.

 

Here is what you need and how to make it:

* 1 banana
* 1-2 Madjewl Date (or any other juicy date)
* handful pumpkin seeds
* 1 tbs flax seeds
* 1 spoon of nuts of any kind you like (every morning I use different kind of nuts)
* 1 cup of kale leaves (organic is always better. You can use the purple kale if you like)
* 1 cup almonds milk (rice or soy milk are optional)

You may add 1-2 ice cubes, especially at summer time.
 

Blend all the ingredients in a strong blender such as Vitamix.
